Delta is a culinary innovator within the airline industry serving seasonal, fresh, and local cuisine at 30,000 feet. We created Swap Chef to tell Delta’s story to foodies in LA and Seattle and help win market share in those key cities.

Partnering with Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo (Animal, Los Angeles) and Ethan Stowell (Tavolata, Seattle), we asked the chefs to swap cities and restaurants to create a one night only dining experience for Delta’s top customers and a group of culinary influencers.
