Delta Air Lines
Partnering with Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo (Animal, Los Angeles) and Ethan Stowell (Tavolata, Seattle), we asked the chefs to swap cities and restaurants to create a one night only dining experience for Delta’s top customers and a group of culinary influencers.
Before each dinner, the chefs sourced ingredients from their newly swapped city using advice from the hometown chef about favorite local markets and vendors.
Local foodies, influencers, and Delta guests were then able to dig into an extraordinary meal and once in a lifetime experience.
To bring the Swap Chef program to life outside of the event walls, we created several pieces of content and partnered with key foodie media to share our story with a larger audience and amplify Delta’s foodlosophy.
